any ideas on the Royal Smoker E2

I am interested in trying the E2 but was wondering if there was any difference in the E2 and the mega E2 They seem to be sold out at Clouds of Vap and there is only the Mega E2 at Vaperite. Any venders in Canada selling just the E2?

The E2 and the E2 XL are two different products as I checked at
Clouds of Vaper and they are two different prices.
