Are there any local vapors in Ga. Or anyone knows if theres stores in Ga that specializes in e cigs parts and e juices?

You could try asking here Peach State Vapers. You just have to join the social group in order to do so though.
I've been on the lookout (I live OTP south), but haven't heard of any currently active retail stores. Sorry. Peach State Vapers doesn't seem very active, though I am a member.
We're in GA, west of Atlanta near Six Flags. No brick& mortar, though. We ship next day, so for Ga people it's a super speedy transaction. Also you can let us know on order notes to send 1st class mail so that shipping charge is minimal. We have a wonderful customer in Athens, GA that does it that way.
