any one dealt with esmoker online???

I just got my first order from them today, and it was wrong. I ordered Solum 15 mg bottle, and got SAM mint 15mg bottle. There was no invoice in the package either. I've never had a company not send an invoice. Seems shady. Hopefully they'll make this right. Has any dealt with them before and can offer some words of wisdom?

I've never heard of them but definitely give them a call. Hopefully they will fix the error at NO COST TO YOU. Regardless, I'd be hesitant to order from any company that doesnt send invoices...

The vendors on the main forum page are recommended for a reason. Good customer service and some of the best products on the market.

Sorry. Never heard of them. +1 to Beans suggestion to stick with the forum vendor list though. I've ordered from vendors not on the list a few times now, with only one vendor turning out to be a bad experience. No bad experiences with the forum list vendors though.

Generally, when someone asks this question I go to the website of whomever is being asked about. I look at the site, layout, offerings, pricing, language (correct English) etc. I also look at the "about us" as well as the "contact us". If those two items look vague, incomplete or are actually non-existent I probably won't do business with them as is the case with esmoker. There are MANY good quality companies registered here at ECF. They are here and are able to stay here for a reason.

I did that before ordering and they looked legit. We'll see if they follow thru and fix this. I was shocked about the no invoice thing tho. I will update this thread on the situation as it unfolds.
