This is my first post here, and it's in the wrong forum, because from what I understand I cannot yet post in other forums. I just wanted to let everyone know about a company I have dealt with today and received some very simple yet exceptional customer service. I will post the email here:

This may not seem like much to a lot of you, but I'm sure many will understand and appreciate why I have posted this.

I just bought my first e-cigarette today (Sinless Smoke Pro and I love it!), found ECF today, and heard about Vixen Vapors through these forums. I thought quitting smoking was going to be a nightmare but instead has turned out to be much easier than expected. Thank you ECF and thank you Vixen Vapors! :toast:

That's great, I'm so glad you had a good experience. It means a lot when we're entering this new world of vaping! I have really had nothing but positive experiences with almost every vendor I've dealt with.

I've heard good things about Vixen Vapers. In fact I was on their website today looking at some vanilla bean ice cream! I can not buy any more juice!

hey new folks and welcome !

i have found this forum to be invaluable. i kind of screwed myself though. i did nothing but read and learn my first month or two here. shouldve been posting at the same time. even if its just quick little comments. your posts will add up quickly and access will be there before you realize it.

as far as customer service, i concur, lol, its nice to feel appreciated....ESPECIALLY if you want MORE of my hard earned money !

hang in there, the vaping world is awesome and ever evolving !
