I think it would be great for a database of part sizes for different mods and attys.

It is crazy to pay 15-30 $ in shipping for one screw and a few orings from europe. Ill be getting my lite this week so ill try to measure and find a source.

If you need any of the little ball bearings for a roller/dingo let me know I have hundreds. They are 2 mm chrome.

Thank You. I found a better price on them from where I order a lot of supplies from.
McMaster-Carr

Ditto. A good set of calipers will go a long way. I have some rings I need to rebuild corny kegs with pretty frequently. 3 different sizes, 5 rings total. They typically charge $5-10 for 1 set. I took some measurements, got a bag of 100 for each of the 2 small sizes for a couple bucks & the large ones came in a bag of 10 for a couple more bucks.

Vaping rings seem to be just as bad if not worse, price-wise. If it's an easily damaged/lost ring, the calipers will pay for themselves in a big hurry.

This is a life saver. Those pesky swelling o-rings are a real pain. I used the first link to buy 25 of the 1.5 x 5 mm ones. McMaster Carr was better pricing, but too confusing for me. I didn't know which of the three materials to choose from. I'm so glad I found this thread. No Kayfun is no fun at all!

Sorry this is such an old thread, but still very helpful. Links are still good :)

Somewhere
I was looking for this exact same information and I found this also,,,

Kayfun 3.1 Repalcement O-Ring Sizes | VaperCoils - Build the best coils.

I am not sure of what material to go with, so I would recommend silicon or rubber?
But I am mostly finding Buna-N, and I suppose that should be fine as well?

This is where we should start,,,
These are Food Grade O-Rings, but I am horrible at conversions.

McMaster-Carr

So, here is the run down
Use the manual to reference part area's

SvoeMesto Kayfun v3.1 ES - User manual

5c - o-ring (pg. 7)
3b - Evaporation Chamber Top (pg. 5)

o-ring Size = 1.5mm x 5mm (possibly #8 o-ring at Home Depot)
These might work,,, http://www.homedepot.com/p/DANCO-8-O-Rings-10-Pack-96725/100277697#specifications

Next:
2d (pg. 4)
4c (pg. 6)
5b (pg. 7)

These should be all the same size

o-ring Size = 1mm x 19mm

Next:
The Drip tip o-ring, I am not sure what size that is
Need dimensions

Further Note:
ID OD C/S
19mm 21mm 1mm

ID = Inside Diameter
OD = Outside Diameter
C/S = Cross Section (how thick it is)

Other Parts that can't be sourced from many places:
Kayfun Positive Post Insulators - 5 pack - Kidney Puncher
Kayfun Deck Insulators - 5 pack - Kidney Puncher

I am not sure of the size of the Deck Screws
Spare Kayfun Deck Phillips Head Screws - 5 Pack - Kidney Puncher

Fill Hole Screw:
Need Source
