The reason I'm a bit skeptical about non-smokers who starts vaping nicotine is because of the arguments belonging to the people who wants, in the end, to ban e-cigs. I don't know how the debate has has been in other countries, but the argument that vaping could make more non-smokers addicted to nicotine because of the lovely taste, is prominent in Norway. Today, in Norway, it's still illegal to sell liquid with nicotine, but since we're a part of the EEA we are allowed to import it from the EU-countries (and the customs can't stop it). I don't want to give "the enemy" more fire-power, than they all ready have. Norway will probably follow EU-regulations in the end, so I'm holding my breath that it won't become too expensive or difficult to get.
I also find it stupid to start an unnecessary addiction to nicotine, which is not healthy, when you can get a 0% liquid to play with.
That said, I actually bought a friend an e-cig with 0% nicotine, so she'd stop stealing mine (with nicotine). She was a non-smoker, but loved the taste. She loves smoking the shisha and the taste remind her of that.
