Any other way to contact gotvapes besides using igotvapes.com?

Just fyi, I submitted a ticket before posting here. I'm asking on ECF because it was on the business card they sent me. I don't want to antagonize them all because of missing items. :-/

You aren't antagonizing anything. You had a valid question, and posted it in the right place. ;)

I'm with keelalagirl on this one... I didn't feel you were in anyway antagonistic and had only posted a valid question. To explain a bit further, after mentioning why a vendor uses a ticket system... A forum presence such as this one here, is more for assistance with a question on how to use a product, address usage problems as well as sharing tips and tricks... Most of the latter will be done by other users trying to help each other.

Of course your issue, being an issue with the order itself... can only be addressed by GV ( which you already know )

sure we can add a number to the site that will have a recording that will send you to igotvapes.com, we will not sit here answering phones when we have a ticket system, we can ADD EMAIL mailing ADDRESS THAT WILL LEAD YOU DIRECTLY TO IGOTVAPES.COM, THATS HOW CUSTOMERS WILL BE HANDLED.

The Op asked a valid question and we appreciate it. WE believe and know a ticket system is better then a email system and we cant afford to pay somoene to answer calls and be bogged down by 1 hour phone calls. So we can add a email and a number but they will both direct you directly to igotvapes.com

Those are fairly hilarious requirements, lol. They have contact INFORMATION requirements, but no actual requirement that there be a person responding to those communications :lol: Maybe it is just the way my devious little brain works.

I'd like to see a phone hell digital answering service menu. You know, this is gotvapes.com, if you know your parties extension you probably have the wrong number, press one if you have an ordering error for directions for the web url for igotvapes.com, press 2 if you have a billing question for the web url to igotvapes.com, press three to get the spanish url to gotvapes.com, press four for the chinese url to igotvapes.com...if these solutions do not address your concerns please hang up, and do not try again, you DO NOT win at the internet...

Thanks, but I think I'll stick with the ticket system where not only do I know I'll get a response, and where my vendor can actually track things, but also-more importantly to me, but I have time stamped verification of my comments questions and concerns.

Not laughing at anyone here, or denigrating the OP or anyone else, it was a valid question. But the way that thing reads...
