Any problems with equiptment or juice when traveling to high altitudes?

I will be driving from sea level to around 6000 feet in altitude today. I am worried that my tanks and juice bottles may gush. I am gonna keep em in ziplock baggies as a precaution. Anyone have any feedback or stories to share?

As for your joose bottles, loosen the caps. Then while gently squeezing the bottles, replace the caps tightly. This will allow a lil' bottle expansion due to lower pressure at altitude.

I also do this for jooses I mail to compensate for temp changes.

For the tanks, just leave 'em half full.

I've had issues with my tanks in warmer climates. They sometimes start to leak over 70 degree weather, especially the really minty juices for some reason. So, make sure your cartos are good (and not close to going bad) and definitely not over-saturated or over halfway full.

don't.over fill your tanks or bottles. leave a little airspace at the top. check your threads and retighten as needed once you get to altitude.

I had my stuff at 39000 feet quite a few times with no adverse effects.

Don't know what the equivalent altitude is in a pressurized cabin of an airplane, but I've traveled from North Carolina to Arizona at 39,000 feet without any leakage. Even the bottles in my checked baggage didn't leak.
