Hey all- I'm full of random questions tonight
are any of you runners? This was a main reason that I started trying to quit my cigs in the first place. I guess I wanted to see if you regained any cardio or lung capacity by switching? Or did ecigs still keep you tight in the chest... I do the various mud runs and rarely put in over 5 miles, so it's not a vital performance based issue, just hoping I might get some improvements in endurance!
