Yeah I'd suggest going to delrin. I use almost exclusively delrin tips, and they work great.

I think what you're essentially asking for is a more.. "rubberized" sort of material for a drip tip, which as far as I'm aware, simply doesn't exist. And it's probably a good thing, there aren't a lot of soft plastics out there that aren't very sensitive to heat. That's unclear: Most soft plastics are highly sensitive to heat.

Rubberized plastic (TPE-style plastics) materials could pose an issue, being attached to the end of a hot atomizer.

My girlfriend has a soft rubber type drip tip that she likes in the car. I couldn't tell you who makes it as we got it locally but I can say they do exist.

Y'know, I should really do some simple Googling before I make posts..

Apparently, they do exist. I'd still be a little cautious, particularly putting it on an rda, just because the material that those are made out of isn't listed. Its gotta be a silicone/rubber/plastic situation, but without knowing exactly what, there's no telling what kind of temperature-resistance this thing is capable of.
