Any store in New York?

Hi all,

I have been a smoker for a long time but -- and this is really true -- I don't inhale. I think I smoke cigarettes the way people smoke cigars. Because of that I suspect e-cigarette could really work for me incredibly well and really want to try it.

Does anyone know of a store in Manhattan that sells these? I think I want to try Npro, since it seems to be well liked, but would probably pick any brand that "looks" like a cigarette.

i live in jersey...i was thinking one day to goto chinatown to see if they carry that....i dont see why they wouldnt

maybe...in your journey...you can check it out if they do...since you are closer

That is a good idea, but finding anything in Chinatown is really difficult.

You'd really get a better deal ordering something online but if you want an njoy product, they do sell those at Pilot and TA truck stops (if there's any in your area).

I Have been to chinatown looking for this stuff, I got a lot of very strange looks and a few guys said a few things in chinese and the fact I didnt understand them made them tell me the didnt carry HMMMMMMM

The puresmoker site seems to be completely sold out, I am not able to add any penstyle to the shopping cart. I even tried to get the e-cigar on the site and the same result. What other website would you recommend? I don't want to ship from China, so I am hoping to find a US based seller if that is possible. Is PureSmoker the only one in US?

Thank you for this!!! I just ordered from them. Hopefully they will ship fast. Will post back here with my experience with this vendor. The site seems well done and it actually works. At least I was able to order everything I needed -- and it was in stock! So the first step was good so far.

Yep this guy is fast. He's in Queens I'm in the Bronx. I ordered yesterday afternoon and it was delivered today. The Mocha is delish

So today I AIM MyVaporStore.com, seeing that they're NY based. Yes, they're in the city. I basically interrogated the guy to see if there were any way for me to come in physically and pick some supplies up. After discussion and planning, he decided to have an employee or colleague of his drop the stuff off to me on his way home (b/c he just so happened to live near me!). So, today at 3:00pm I have this convo with him, and by 8:30 I got the delivery and was vaping, with help from the usb bypass.

Thanks all for your comments. I am also glad to hear that people had good experience with the vendor. I am on the upper west side, so maybe I'll get the delivery tomorrow. I actually ordered a spare atomizer too and medium-strength "RY4" juice. Have no idea how good/bad it is, so I just ordered the smallest package. But will try "Mocha" next time too. Maybe they'll include a sample of that, would be nice.

I am really hoping this thing will work well. Federal taxes are going up again in cigs, and in the city it will soon be impossible to find a pack that is less than $10. The government is completely addicted to the tax revenue from cigs -- I don't believe for a minute that they are doing this to save lives. That is really the primary reason why I want to switch from cigs to vapor.

The question is, how long will it take them to start either taxing these products the same rate as cigarettes, or forbid them alltogether for some reason?

I ordered from myvaporstore at 3pm, at 3:15 I got an email asking a question about my order(a very good question at that). By 4 pm my order was shipped. I checked my tracking number and it really was at the post office and on its way to me. So far really impressed with the service and think i may have found my goto shop. I'm in brooklyn and I should receive my order today. Love a close supplier i may be able to go to in an "emergency" hehe

Thanks for posting the myvaporstore website. Glad to see there is a supplier in NY for quick shipments - at least for now. Just ordered from them, & I think I've got about a 6 mo. supply in case of a ban. Can't believe how much I spent all together.

I'm thinking that some of these guys just want to stay under the radar with the threat of a ban, and possible confiscation by the FDA. They probably wouldn't want anyone to know their location. And I've no doubt that some are new startups & probably run their business out of their home. (Which eh, I have no problem with). So in the interest of their privacy & staying incognito (and keeping us supplied), I doubt they would want anyone on their premises.

Just wanted to post a fast update on my experience with myvaporstore. I did two orders with them, and they both arrived the next day (in NY). One actually arrived on Saturday! I just placed a third order earlier today and I expect that it will be the same. All shipments arrived complete, nothing missing. The hardware I am using is the 801 penstyle, and it seems that it is the standard generic China manufacturer they sell. So far it all worked and I had no reason to return anything, so don't know about the customer service. But as of now, I am extremely happy with this place.

One thing that I love is the website. I tried ordering from a different site before I was turned to myvaporstore and was getting all kinds of error messages and cookie warnings when I tried adding items to the shopping cart that were not in stock. But of course, they didn't tell you the items were not in stock until you tried adding them to the cart. And after that they still didn't tell you -- instead there would be some random warning that would force you to try figuring out what the hell is wrong with your browser. Myvaporstore's site is simple, clear, and easy. Or maybe I just didn't try to order item that was out of stock, I don't know. But the ordering has been completely pain free every time.

I wish they would add few more hardware choices (am curious about the cigar type). But they did add new color for 801, blue, which I just ordered, and some new liquids.

Anyway, so far, this has been a great experience. Would not hesitate recommending them.
