any tips/advice for newbie

ive seen some tips for ppl having specific problems for burnt taste and other things

but whats some general and easy advice for a noob?
good maintenance and usage practices?

any extremely good/popular juices or anything else i should buy?
(bought 510 starter)
something like vg juice which sounds like its amazing

it would just be a tasteless feel? and are you supposed to only mix it and not use pure vg?

Pure VG has a slightly sweet taste and is a bit thick to use alone, it also has no nicotine in it. It's very good to mix with commercial juice to add to the amount of vapor you get and to dilute the nicotine level. Juice flavor favorites vary from person to person. My sis in law loves the tobacco flavors, I like coffee, choc, and mint varieties, and my best friend is hooked on fruity flavors and chocolates. I'd suggest finding one of the suppliers who sells sampler packs of nic liquids and try a bunch that sound good to you. You'll find some you love and you can reorder larger amounts of those. Even if you really hate a couple you can put them on the classifieds here and not lose your money.

Make sure your cartridge is always moist, not too wet or youll flood the atomiser, drain your atomiser at night when you no longer need to vape put it on a piece of kleenex or paper towel. When you start vaping the next day prime the atty with one drop of liquid and a full cart. Get a Personal Charging Case when on the go to recharge batteries.

Let the 510 break in with steady vaping for about 2 days, then it wakes up.

Keep the atty moist!!! The 510 will still give you a heavy hit of vapor even when DRY, soit can be deceiving. When going to a new atty (or a freshly cleaned one) always drip 2-3 drops on the atty to prime it.

First use you have to burn off the shipping primer, it tastes like ..., but that's the way it is. Again, dripping on it will help.



Some folks have issues using VG, so be aware. Some folks have problems as it CAN cause ........ or other gastrointestinal problems. While it has been reported and recognized, it's not going to affect everyone like that.

VG is also thicker so it can clog attys easier.

pretty clueless atm about priming and such because i dont have the kit yet

That's what I mean. When you're ready for first vape, drip 2-3 drops directly onto the atty bridge, then put your filled cart on and vape away.

i still dont have it yet so i dont know what the atty bridge is x.x

so the first few hits are gonna be ****ty but dripping on it will make it a little easier, then after 2-3 days it tastes much better...
thats what im getting out of this

Regardless of shipping primer taste, it takes a couple days to break in the 510 so that it produces a lot of vapor.

Yes---that's the bridge/wick. And yes you need to buy some Nic juice, to which you can add VG. There is also unflavored nic juic to which you can add flavors yourself, but one step at a time . Pick a few flavors you like and give them a try, one of the best things about vaping is having so much variety.

well i got a free sample since i bought from good prophets
so if i buy the vg i could jus mix it right

and yeah im really interested in the coffee/fruity flavors like mango/peach/pineapple
so i guess i need to find a site that sells good samples

im pretty new to this aswell,
ive had my 510 for a few weeks but only just ot my juice today, got malboro in high level nic, tastes pretty good and gives a nice burn. producing plenty of smoke, but all i did is filled the cartridge(soaked the foam stuff) with liquid...seems too simple? is that right, oh and a few drops on the bridge to prime it..???

Always make sure you have enough juice. Stockpile so you do not run out!

whats a good strength to try out?
12mg, 18mg, 36mg, 40mg, 48mg?

also can you refill the cartridges that came with it?
the cartridge just looks like wet foam

still looking for some general good maintenance tips =]

O and when you guys say to keep the cartridge wet, do you mean the outside of it as well?
because when i got it, all of the cartridges were wet on the outside and i dried them off before i put them in

and does anyone have leaking problems lol
