No reply to email at the gmail acct, bounced 3 off the other. No return phone call either. Technically if people are upset by this they've completed all steps a consumer needs to do before filing a claim with PayPal or issuing a charge-back with their CC company.

I'm not to that point. Just Tossing out options for others that are at their wits end.

innovapor seems to be going the way of Blu's reputation. thought they would be a good supplier to deal with long term. guess not. everyone seems to be having the same problems with no resolution.

my suggestion would be to send back the defect parts with the same urgency they send you the replacements ;) if at all.

damn talk about obnoxious customer service.

I am sorry that some of you are not getting answered. It seems that the email links on the site are touch and go, it is being worked on.

We were unable to answer emails in Vegas, as we could not access the internet, due to possibility of being hacked.

I am here to answer questions, but please email me directly at

innovapor@gmail.com

I am having a difficult time reading through many many posts in the many threads, if there is something that you need handled fast email is the best way.

Again I apologize for the absence of myself and other innovapor employees during the convention, that is why I posted the thread so you would all know that we were leaving town for a bit, we are back and in full swing again!

Orders are being filled and sent out, send me an email and I can get notification for you or call Mark.

If there is anything else that I can do to help, please let me know

Thank you all again!!

Happy vaping!!

i just ordered again yesterday 8/5 and this is my 3rd order from them since 7/7 i believe...the are a little slower at shipping than the other supplier ive used, but like SantanzChild everything ive ordered has been correct and in working order...same with my dads order...seems to me to be the same amount of time if you got a DOA order and had to mail back and wait for the new stuff to arrive...i will still use them

the one thing i dont like though is getting a shipping label printed and the PO not getting it for 4-5 days, and that makes me a sad panda...id rather not get a shipping number until it will DEF be at the PO within 1-2 days max...it makes me get too excited for my warez

The reason for the shipping labels to be that way, is that they are generated by myself here in SLC, and then I send them to Boise. There they are printed and placed on the packages, then once filled are sent out the door. I am sorry if this is confusing to some, although our shipping center in Boise is used for filling and shipping, the office is SLC is where all the management, ect happens, thus the postage comes from here so that I am able to check records of everything.

I hope this explains that a little better, any more questions just let me know.

Thank you

Millie

Millie- I knew there was an explaination on why there has been no replys- you guys have been in Vegas! - sorry for the multiple PMs/e-mails. Innovapor has always replied to my messages very quick and got worried when I didn't hear anything for a few days and started to trip out. BTW Millie- Thanks for looking into my query and I hope to hear some good new soon!- let me know when you hear something. I hope Vegas was a good time. I know I have had great times in vegas- atleast the stuff I can remember.
