Any1 know if greensmoke changed suppliers?

I've been happy with my greensmoke for a couple months now. However, I just received 4 packs of carts that taste like burning rubber and are hurting my throat. They look slightly different too. They are AWFUL. I've had good customer service with this company so far. But I've been emailing them since Friday about this and have gotten no response.

If I cant get satisfaction from them I was thinking about trying a new ecig. I've heard good things about the magnum from volcano. (I put vapor output above all else). Any1 tried this?

To any1 interested. I just got an email from greensmoke. They did change suppliers. However, they assure me that I must have gotten a bad batch and these are not an example of how the new manufacturers carts are going to be like. She said she could replace them with carts from the old manufacturer, and to send me those for as long as they have them. I am kind of annoyed tho. They want me to mail them the bad carts back (at my cost) before they will send out the new ones. So I may be done with them after I sort out this order. It's really a shame, because up to now I have been very impressed with their service.
