Has anybody here bought from Shenzhen joyetech Co., Ltd? They're here:

Is this the company that made the original Joye 510? Are they a good company? Fast shipping?

You can't buy directly from them retail. They are the manufacturer's of all the genuine Joye products. If you order from them it has to be in wholesale quantities(at wholesale prices). And , yes , they are a good company.
