Anybody do a bulk order overseas and receive wrong products?

Basically did a bulk order overseas with friends, and when the package came, it was the wrong products. Now the only problem is vendor wants us to return the shipment at our cost, before they ship out the right order. What would you do. Ha s anyone gone through this before?

I ordered local to make sure I got what I wanted, but some overseas prices are so cheap, so I ordered an extra 510 just to see the difference for a third of the cost. I guess I will see if I get what I pay for with the different price, as well as how long it takes to get here.
Thought I would try as I never want to pay Cig company, and Gov any more money for my smokes. and $22 for the 510 kit is cheaper than 2 packs of smokes in Canada if it is not that good.

I tried ordering direct from china once. They sent the wrong order and I had to take pictures and send back at my expense. I finally did get the right order after some time. I will never do it again. It ends up being cheaper to buy in the states.

get your 5 posts up and come to the canadian forum and get a list of vendors here so you will never have to go threw this problem again.feel free to PM me.

I think most started off getting stuff from China. With time comes knowledge.

thankfully no every time I've ordered from greenhouse one or health cabin or bogetech the order has been right I'd hate to have to ship it back sorry you had an issue

I have ordered from HC many times, and one time they made a mistake and fixed it immediately at their own expense. If it was me having a problem like that, I would write about it in detail in the relevant vedor's forum and on their FB page . I did that once with a US vendor who wouldn't fix their problem nicely. Worked like a charm hehe.... Nothing gets a vendor to help faster than a bit of negative publicity!!!
