Anybody else do thiis?

After 35+ years of smoking the wife and I decided to try E-Cigs since nothing else worked. So I take the money out of my check that I would have spent on cigs and put it in a folder for later use. To date,3 months and I have $1,500 saved to be used at a later date and can't wait till X-Mas and see $6,000.00 sitting in that folder. It is kinda of like patting myself on the back.

P.S. I have spent about $600.00 on E-Cigs so I am still ahead of the game

Since I quit smoking and started vaping it cost me alot less to vape and I have definately seen a few more bucks in my wallet lol

Good job! I keep a spreadsheet that counts from the exact day my wife and I quit. I keep track of what we would have spent on cigs and subtract the cost of ecigs. I'm up $3500

I spend $50 or less a month on ecigs compared to $50 or more a week with cigs. Its pretty amazing.

I just buy a different 6 pack of craft beer every day with the $8.50 I would have spent on analogs. My beer fridge is looking pretty impressive but it's running out of room.......Although I think I may be drinking more too

My wife and I have a money wrapper coin machine that we have always dropped our change into. Once a year, we take it to the bank and deposit it. The change pays for about half the cost of our annual week at the beach!

If we banked the cost of smoking, we might have a good offset to a European vacation covered, complete with airfare!

Been vaping and smoke free for three weeks now and had hoped to see the savings adding up but I can't put down the snacks now. Spending all the extra money on candy bars, chips, and ice cream. I Guess its still healthier than smoking lol

4 months, 11 days and 19 hours since my last cigarette. $2,245.52 saved and 7,907 cigarettes avoided!
