Okay, I've got my smoking under control (almost 2 years now), and now it's time to lose some weight. Over the past 20 years, I've gone from being a 175 lb marathon runner to a 230 lb slob.
So my goal for 2013 is to lose 40 pounds and I just joined one of the many online calorie counting free websites to help with my goal. Anyone else planning to shed a few pounds this year?
