Anybody have a starter kit with PCC?

I already bought a 510 starter kit and love it but now am looking for extras and a PCC and figure I will just get another starter kit with a PCC included if anybody has one. I have looked and only found one at Innovapor but I have read about their long shipping times. Please let me know if anybody has one. Thanks.
