Depends on the Vendor you purchase it from. If it is in a kit, it probably will have one. If you order a Vamo by itself, then no, it probably doesn't come with one. Make sure you read the product description closely, if it doesn't specifically mention a battery then it probably doesn't come with one. The same goes for a charger. Kits may have a charger, while a Vamo by itself will probably not have a charger.
