Yes, this is a project started by Andy Sutton of VapourTrails TV, a UK vapers group. They are very active in trying to combat the efforts of the EU to ban or cripplingly regulating e-cigs.
It's a very worthwhile effort in my opinion, and I have already made a pledge. The success or failure of efforts to defeat the EU will have ripple effects here in the States.
