I've finally gotten a couple of mixes completed to a point that I think they are pretty polished and was wondering if anybody was willing to give one or more of them a shot and report back. Some of my flavors came from a website (e-liq) that doesn't specify where the diy concentrated flavors (I know it is the US) are sourced from so if you are wondering what e-liq is then that is where it came from. Without any further ado here are my favorites so far.

Basic Flavors:

Frosty apple:
15% TFA Apple
5% e-liq Menthol (this is a liquid menthol, curious if it would taste better with crystals)

Banana nut bread:
15% e-liq Banana Bread
5% e-liq Black Walnut
note: from reading the forums it seems capella's is the banana bread of choice around here, but I'm not sure how it could be better than this!

Cardinal lemonade:
15% LorAnn Lemonade
4% e-liq Strawberry
1% e-liq Sour Cherry
note: Love the lemonade flavor in this, but gets old fairly quickly

Complex flavors:

Crazelnutty: this one isn't very mature, but I can hardly put it down
6% TFA Caramel Candy
3% TFA Hazelnut
3% TFA Graham Cracker
3% e-liq Black Walnut
2% TFA Sweet Cream
note: this isn't a very mature recipe so I don't know how it will hold up over time, but I can hardly put it down!

Those look like promising recipes, but a bit heavy on the flavor extracts. I generally mix at 8-14% flavor extract, depending on recipe. What VG% and nic mg are you mixing at? I'm mixing at 70% VG and 12 mg nic.

I mix my banana nut bread with Almond, but the black Walnut sounds good. Will have to remember to order some next time and give it a try.

The main thing is if they taste great to you, then that's all that matters!!

vape long and Prosper!!!

Thanks Rat2chat2, I have been having a lot of fun so far. It's REALLY hard not to go overboard though! I'm trying to stay focused enough to work on just a flavor or two at a time until I have it right because I want my flavors to blow people away when they try them. I haven't been vaping long, but when I taste stuff at the vape shops half the time my thought is, "why do the even bother making this flavor. This is awful!"

I've gotten a couple of PM's from folks wanting to try my flavors. I'm honored, but I think I was a little ambiguous in title to this thread. My intent in starting the thread in the DIY section was that a few people might be willing to blend up a batch of one or more of these flavors on their own and tell me what their thoughts on it/them were. Totally my fault. I can't be spending a ton of money on postage, but if anyone in the St. Louis area would like a free sample I'm willing to oblige.

Hi everybody, thanks for your interest in my stuff. I hate to say it, but I haven't posted in this thread because I started another one in the DIY forum and didn't check back on this one because honestly I forgot to subscribe to my own thread. I'll PM everyone that has shown interest in the next day or so to get contact info so I can send out some samples.
