Just want to pass on my experience with Anycig.com. I ordered an M-series USB Passthrough, along with an atomizer and battery on November 22, 2010. The order did not arrive until January 21st, 2011. When it did finally arrive, it was missing the Passthrough. I informed them of this and they replied that they were out of stock on the item, and becuase 60 days had passed they could not give me a partial refund through Paypal for the missing item.
Apparently they were out of stock when I ordered, though they just left it out and kept the money instead of contacting me. The item has been, and is still showing as available on the website, though they still say it is out of stock.
They refuse to just send me a direct payment via paypal for the money they owe me, and claim they can't replace the out-of-stock item. Due to the long ship time the Paypal dispute is no longer an option.
Now they are ignoring my emails!
Don't by from anycig.com!!! They don't know what they are doing regarding item availability on the website, and they will not refund cash no matter how bad they screw up. Stay away!!
