Just want to pass on my experience with Anycig.com. I ordered an M-series USB Passthrough, along with an atomizer and battery on November 22, 2010. The order did not arrive until January 21st, 2011. When it did finally arrive, it was missing the Passthrough. I informed them of this and they replied that they were out of stock on the item, and becuase 60 days had passed they could not give me a partial refund through Paypal for the missing item.

Apparently they were out of stock when I ordered, though they just left it out and kept the money instead of contacting me. The item has been, and is still showing as available on the website, though they still say it is out of stock.

They refuse to just send me a direct payment via paypal for the money they owe me, and claim they can't replace the out-of-stock item. Due to the long ship time the Paypal dispute is no longer an option.

Now they are ignoring my emails!

Don't by from anycig.com!!! They don't know what they are doing regarding item availability on the website, and they will not refund cash no matter how bad they screw up. Stay away!!

I had a bad experience with a vendor who shall remain nameless due to the fact that I'm still waiting to see if I get a refund or not. I had ordered a KR808D-1 kit. Shipping was not a problem but I received the wrong batteries, auto instead of manual. I sent back the batteries and then the vendor sent me out the replacements. One battery was defective and when I tried to charge the other I found that the charger didn't work. All this took about a month and I still didn't have a usable unit. I packaged everything up and sent it back and requested a refund but was told to look at their warranty policy and we would go from there.....Moral of the story..Do business with a proven vendor. There's enough advice on here to find a good one.
If you receive the wrong items or missing items, send everything back and get a refund!
I just had a great experience with litecigusa. I had ordered a battery and the transaction went through. Within 15 minutes I received a call from Sean informing me they were out of stock and a sorry for the site not catching this. He cancelled the transaction within 10 minutes. I have placed about 8-10 orders with this vendor and would highly recommend them along with liberty-flights...madvapes.

How about your credit card company? Do you pay paypal via a credit card. I'm surprised that paypal won't do anything. I guess they're only concerned about purchases from ebay.
