Hi All, Just wanted to share my experience with Everzon. I purchased a Cigreen SVIP200 from them back in November 2015, i purchased this item as a Christmas gift. I gave it to the recipient on Christmas of 2015. He used the product for about a week, the screen stopped working, (dna 200 evolve). I began emailing Everzon, three weeks passed, no response. Emailed them almost daily. Finally, i disputed the transaction with PayPal, after a couple of weeks, they sent me an email saying that i was eligible for a full refund, all I had to do was send the item back, they provided me with an address. I promptly mailed the item back, cost me 32$ to send back to China by the way. I provided them with the receipt and customs number, yadayadayada, one month later, they closed the dispute with no refund, (at this point I am out 182$). They said I should contact the seller directly for my refund, i found this hilarious, because if the seller would have communicated, I would not have had to dispute in the first place. So, I have emailed this company, sent them PayPal invoices for my refund, all to no avail. Customer service rep, (Cindy) in China, lol. Says its now past warranty! Lmao, it's april of 2016 now, but the process began waaaayyyyyy before warranty expiration. My am out 182$, have no product, and they refuse to do a dàmn thing about it. Do not deal with Everzon, you will regret it. buy your equipment from a reputable US dealer. You may pay a few more bucks, but in the event you have a problem, you won't be out any money. Do not depend on PayPal to resolve international purchased for you, it won't happen either. Takes longer for the mail to get there, than they will leave the dispute open for. Trust me! Do not buy from Everzon!
