I have started to make some 0 nic juice for my carto tanks and its not that bad. I was at 6 before so its not that big of a jump. I told my hubby about using 0 nic and the first thing he asked is why I was still doing it if it didn't have the nic in it. I have been trying to explain to him that I just enjoy the act...

I've only vaped 0 nic and have been doing so for 3 years about. I, as you, enjoyed the act of smoking above everything else. It's honestly the only thing I liked about it. I didn't like the "throat hit/burning sensation in the back of my throat", hated the smell, hated how badly it hurt my chest and didn't even care for the flavor. It was the inhaling thing... not just like breathing deeply... But if it sounds like what you're describing. It's just relaxing.

I smoked for 37 years. When I first switched to vaping, nic was important to me. I've been vaping for almost 2 years, most of the last year without any nic involved.

I drink decaff coffee and love it. It's kinda like vaping no-nic juice, the flavor is great but I can get to sleep when I want to. Not trying to get into too much info here, but I look at it kinda like people who are not looking to get pregnant still wanting to have sex.

I would love to know how your hubby feels about this

Cocacola, I get it completely. My husband gave me an odd look when I told him I’d probably always vape—using 0 to 3mg—but he accepts it and is happy as long as I never smoke again.

Present it Ryedan's way and maybe you'll have better luck.

A lot of it is probably all about the "hand to mouth" habit so I completely understand why zero nic users still vape. That's why the gum-chewers and Chantix people fall off the wagon.

Since I don't vape zero nic, I can't say what I'd do if I got to that point. I suppose I'd give it all up if I could. Can't imagine what I'd do with my hands though.

One would think that getting off the chemicals from tobacco smoke would solve the problem, but that hand-mouth thing is so very strong. I would be somewhat worried that I would fall off the wagon if I had to stop vaping for whatever reason. And as mentioned, I enjoy the flavors and all the fiddling associated with vaping...
