I've ordered from them and had a good experience. I had intended to order just accessories, but seeing how inexpensive their juices were I decided to give them a try also. I ordered 5 total, one I thought was awful(Cohiba Cigar), one disappointing but vapeable(Coffee), one decent(Menthol), one good (Capuccino) and one quite good(RY4). They all smell pretty bad from the bottle in my opinion(a sort of chemical, oily, vaguely medicinal smell), but not so bad when vaped. I think the Capuccino and especially the RY4 taste quite nice. Neither the Capuccino nor the Coffee smell or even taste anything like coffee to me, however, but they still taste pretty good.
One good thing I can say about most of the few Dekang flavors I've tried(exclude the Cohiba Cigar from that list) is that they're excellent for stealth vaping. The aroma may not be the greatest but it's fairly subtle and dissipates rapidly.
The main problem I have with the Dekang juices is the smell. If you haven't looked into the Chinese vs. USA homemade variety I would strongly recommend you do that first. Many people, I would say most of the folks I've read here, don't care for them. It's a matter of taste and personal preference. Also, I would look into a PG/VG mix, which VV also offers. Some sites offering Dekang or other Chinese juices seem to have 100% PG only available, and I found that far too harsh. I ordered 80/20 PG/VG from VV and it was fine.
