Anyone care to sell atty supplies?

I'm considering attempting to build an atty or two. Problem is, the supplies I've seen either have high minimum quantities or high shipping costs. I wondering if anyone has supplies (nichrome wire, silica rope, ???) and would be willing to sell in small quantity. I really only need enough for a few attempts and if successful I would then be willing to buy in bulk.

You can get nichrome here. 36ga. is 10' for $2 or 30' for $4 shipped.

Go to your local hardware store and ask for wood stove door seal. It's braided silica or fiberglass. I got a 3' long 1/2" diameter piece for $3.
