Never cough on analogs but the first 5 or so hits off fresh cart i cant handle it i cough my ... off and get little vapor. Am i doing something wrong?

EDIT:: Not for all the carts just a few.

A friend just started with VK and he ordered a couple different carts. The first he tried was marbro and complained it made him cough and made his throat sore. Since I w as the one who suggested he get the VK I was feeling badly but he changed to coffee and it's working perfectly fine.

I'm thinking that the flavor might be a factor as well as the cart being new. Try no inhale the first few puffs. It gets just a little less harsh.

When I first starting vaping (not the VK), it gave me a sore throat, a cough. After time, these symptons went away. You are now inhaling warm, moist water vapor. This is new to your throat after inhaling DRY, warm, toxic tobacco, tar and thousands other chemicals and carcinogens that are contained in analog cigarettes. Just let your throat, lungs, and body time to adjust and your cough, etc will go away. And most importantly, you WILL start feeling better, breathing better, tasting better, smelling better. There is a very good reason why medical doctors prescribe bronchial inhalers and/or vaporizers to their patients that suffer from various bronchial and breathing conditions. It is mostly the moist "vapor" that is the key to their relief. Dont give up, give it some time. Hang in there:thumbs:

somewhere out there......
Well these may be all factors but when I quit cold turkey last year I coughed for several weeks, and within a month I started smoking again.

When I finally started vaping I coughed. This is mostly because the body is trying to get that crap out of your lungs (tar and who knows what). It will take several years before my lungs heal and I will have deep coughs at least once or twice a day b/c my lungs are still trying to clear the tar and heal itself. I have been vaping for almost 5 months now and feel better and better everyday.
