At the shore...
I KNOW!
To try to be as spoil-less as possible:
My first thought was, "They better not show that Walt Jr is babysitting Holly and they're both asleep or something..."

Gonna be a LONG week.

Remember when Walt showed up at his house with a beard and a head full of hair -- house covered in graffiti?! Clearly, the house wasn't burned down. I do think that Walt's kids aren't long for this world. :(

Exactly. I have a little list in my head of all the characters that I expect to survive the finale. It's not too long.

I'm still waiting for Jim Beaver to show back up. When I saw that it was him selling Walt the machine gun, I got all giddy. It was the Supernatural fanboy in me coming out.

Anyone else watch last night? Thoughts?

Yeah I saw it it was intense this show in number one!
I think hank or Jesse is gonna die next week,
And either walts going to use sauls guy to make his family disappear, or some .... will go down and todd's uncle s gang will end up killing Walts family.
So bleak and depressing but they said it'll end with no apologies.

(Btw Idk if anyone has seen it but you guys should look up"middle school musical breaking bad"it's pretty righteous! )

I keep reading this thread to see the opinions on the new episodes.

But, I am stuck with ONLY the episodes on Netflix. So, I am back a way, waiting to watch. I try to skip over the spoilers!

Sorry sincerely! Why would you do that to yourself lol :p
Similarly I just got hooked to the show via Netflix watched all 4 seasons in a weekend, found myself aching from withdrawls after a couple days, then bought s5ep1-8 on Amazon :p
I've really never been into television until this astounding show.

I watched several series that I did not know were still running! Have not had/wanted cable for a few years.

It's fine. I will enjoy them when I can. Grey's Anatomy just updated with a new season. I am back to that again!

They'll have to cram a lot into the final episodes. Last night was rather anemic. That was Hank's plan? Come on -- that was the best he could come up with? Skyler -- she turned down the lifeline. What the heck does she think is going to happen? She and her kids get to walk away unscathed? As a mother, it's totally illogical.

Not that my opinion matters...hahaha. :)

I think it made sense in the fact that she was bluntly making the point that since Walt did all
these atrocious things for his " family"(even tho it was mainly to inflate heisenbergs ego) to keep them " safe" then killing Jesse
who almost burnt their house down and could put their family at risk should be a no brainer.
Which I get, but she doesn't understand how Walt truly * did* care about Jesse.
overall i believe all of Walt's" it's for the family" skit might have been true in the beginning
I think the majority of his plays have been to boost his ego.
but know that he knows it's almost over he might genuinely be going for the
interest of his family...
but like you said, opinions don't matter, the show is written and wrapped up :p

My fellow reonauts,

I felt the need to drop in and explain my absence from the forum over the past two weeks. Two words:

Breaking Bad.

Mainly due to this thread and some prompting from a couple mates I work with, I signed up for Netflix and over the past three weeks I have consumed 58 episodes. Yes, a 2,784 minute time sink has eaten into my existence. I can assure you this was no small feat for someone who works a 12hr shift. After seasons 1-5a on Netflix, I watched season 5, episodes 9-10 on Charter 'on demand'. Last night I grabbed episode 11 at 8:00 followed by the most recent, episode 12 at 9:00.

So that's it, all caught up. What a ride. My daughter and I were totally hooked from the first episode, even the wife saw the light and started watching with us.

If by slight chance anyone missed me or wondered what was up with cho, just blame Heisenberg.

cheers
