Anyone else disappointed in the Stardust?

Not by the performance, which I am unable to judge, but in receiving them?

It took nearly two weeks to receive them (not Gotvapes fault as it took USPS a week to move it out of the NY office). During that time I had read all of these posts from people who had received them and loved them. Imagine my disappointment when I open the package knowing I am just moments away from trying these and not finding them. I do appreciate the Sapphires (do not really care for them) and the Cyclone (haven't tried it yet), but I also ordered the regular fluxos yet I received the XL. And it would have been nice if I had been notified when the order shipped that I would not be receiving the Stardusts.

So the question is, did anyone else order the Stardust and just receive a note.? And how long until more are in? I know that Chinese New Year is a week from Monday, so unless Gotvapes receives them in the next week, it will be a while.

I have been and continue to be a fan of Gotvapes; they are my primary source of hardware and I recommend them to friends. This has been the first order of mine that has been really screwed up and I know they will make things right.

EDIT: I just tried the Cyclone and don't like it at all. It flooded immediately and leaked out the at the connecter. I managed to recover about 2 of the 3 ml I had filled it with.

Mike you should be asking gotvapes this question because they would know better when they will have more.

do not fill the cyclone all the way to the top, it should be filled to right under the inner plastic post leaving some room for air, i have 16 sitting here being recorded daily for 2 weeks with not one drop coming out.

also do not over tighten them.

sorry about the mishap with them running out, we where short 10 peaces do to to many people buying at once which causes a system error which is hard to deal with, when they arrive we will notify you that the stardust are back in stock.

Gotvapes has treated the community and customers well and I have no problem recommending them to others. Mistakes happen to all of us and as I said above this is the first major one I have experienced. My only criticism, which is relatively minor, is that I would have liked to have been notified sooner.

As to the cyclone, I don't believe that I over filled it and I am sure that I did not over tighten it; I noticed my hand had quite a bit of liquid on it after I attached it to an Ego. It appears that I got the lemon in the shipment, which is just the way this month is going. That's okay, by the time the Stardust is restocked we will be in February ...

Not that I am happy you are having troubles, but it's nice to know I'm not the only one who seems to have bad luck months instead of days.

Ever had one of those lifetimes?

It seems to be leaking from the connector itself. I am glad it was on an Ego (manual) since its top was full of liquid.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Not sure about a possible fix for that. Hopefully someone will have an idea. Mine will be coming in sometime the end of the week or so. Hopefully I don't end up with the manufacture booboo this go round.
