Like someone else mentioned water doesn't seem to do it for me. I'm definitely not dehydrated, its just feels like my mouth is covered with a film of "dryness" haha. For anyone that has ever tried eating a banana that still pretty green and gotten some of the juice from the peel in your mouth; yea its kinda like that lol. Juice, or soda seems to help quite a bit though.

I had been literally chugging water all day for a few days and it didn't help at all. I stumbled across a thread about vapers tongue and while I don't know if there is any truth to it or not, it seems to be exactly what i'm experiencing. I can't taste my vapor at all right now. If i dont vape for 30 min or so my mouth isn't dry at all, yet the second I take a hit my mouth and tongue go desert dry.

Vaping draws moisture from your mouth causing cotton mouth it is very common I get it too but since I upped my Liquid intake I haven't had it at all.
Just got to remember to keep hydrated and drink water (or your favorite beverage) when your mouth starts to get dry.

Also switching up flavors gets rid of vapers tongue in the fact that you stop tasting the flavor.
If you use Fruity flavors change to a savory flavor, also smelling coffee grounds can help due to the fact that the flavor isn't tasted by the tongue it is tasted by sensors in the back of your sinuses.

I'll give the coffee grounds a try in the morning as well as switching flavors. been vaping the same fruity concoction for a while now anyways.

That was quite possibly me you're referring to, and we're not alone on this matter either. Water tends to dry out people's mouths fairly commonly.

I was a football "trainer" in high school, meaning I took some courses that taught me basics of things like how to properly wrap various joints of the body and whatnot.

I mention this, because it was standard procedure anytime a player came in suffering dehydration to lay them back and make them drink plenty of water to help the ACTUAL dehydration. But by drinking so much water, their mouths would become insanely dry, so the 2nd step was spraying their mouth down with a specialized citrus concentrate we had that immediately caused the mouth to start developing more saliva.

I think if someone took that concentrate, and put it in a small easy to use mouth spray (like some breath fresheners) and sold it to online liquid stores and B&Ms... they might could make some decent money. Because that stuff worked, period. I tried it myself when a player complained about the taste and I had excessive amounts of saliva being produced for a good 2 hours..lol

That would be amazing. I've tried coffee this morning and for me it helped with not only the dry mouth but also getting the taste of the vape back. Helps but still not completely remedied. I'm gonna try and go 24 hours without vaping and see if it makes a difference.

Warheads sour candys.
I tried it out today due to me cloud chasing and my mouth drying out from so much vapor and it immediatly made my mouth water and I was able to vape again sooner.
Pros: your mouth won't be dry anymore
Cons: If you don't like sour candy it's not the thing for you and if used too much it can make your tongue desensetized to flavor. (Very rare but it does happen)

Thanks, i'll definitely give that a try. I'm getting desperate for solutions and am willing to try anything at this point haha. I just want to be able to taste the vape. I just got my shipment from Five Pawns, Velvet Vapor, and Bionic Vapor and they all taste like nothingness:(

Gahhhh this sucks!

I sure do especially if Im 'chain vaping'.. Its gotten me to actually get up and start drinking my 8 glasses of water a day though haha.. My job is a pretty slow retail deal and Im usually sitting here vaping at the front all day so I make sure to keep a gigantic thing of Gatorade from the Circle K across the street on tap at all time and it helps alot better than water for whatever reason..
