Anyone else get mislabeled juice?

Just got an order in for a buttload of juice and a passthrough, only dissapointment is my three bottles of Pina Colada.. aren't. They're CashCap, which is the one PS flavour that I really can't stand.

I PMed Steve, so hopefully he'll be able to help me out, just curious if this has happened to anyone else recently?

I was just trying to help you out! You still have to send it back to PS to exchange it! This way you could have just re-bought but nevermind I can order directly from them THEY are closer!

Mislabeled....maybe. I have had my Prodigy for 3 days (love it!). I ordered 60ml of Riskee along with it. Never tried Riskee before, so this is a big guess. It is described as "on the sweet side" with vanilla, caramel, etc. My bottle tastes more like pipe tobacco, not sweet at all, at least to my buds. For example, I have some reduced PG, JC TC (the new stuff). It definitely has a sweeter taste than my Riskee, more vanilla-like. Without having Riskee before, I really don't know, but I think I got something some other flavor by the description of the way it supposed to taste. Is there a PS flavor that is supposed to taste like pipe tobacco?

Did you open all 3 bottles? Have you submitted a new ticket to PS?

My guess is a small sample bottle would probably just get replaced w/o exchange as it is not enough to hassle with.... 3 larger bottles on the other hand, would likely be exchanged and sent back to the supplier for a credit.

Either way, you'll never know if you don't officially ask... submit a ticket

Hi Barefoot, RY4's are different...There is RY4 and one called runyan#4 (also sometimes called ry4 lol) The runyan#4 is not nearly as sweet as RY4..PS's definitely taste more like the runyan#4 to me...Doesn't taste like pipe tobacco to me though..I get an almost fireside smokey flavor from it...

It's funny, cause the one time I tasted Tenn. Cured..I definitely thought That one tasted like sweet pipe tobacco lol

I ordered some Cash Special Blend and both bottles are labeled "Marlboro", but I think they are just mislabeled. I've always been contacted for approval of substitution prior to shipping whenever there's been a problem in the past.
Although I've never tried the Special Blend before, I'm pretty sure that's what this juice is. I am an ex-Camel smoker of nearly twenty years and favor that flavor profile. I have always found the taste of Marlboro repugnant, analog or otherwise it all tastes like "stale wet ashtray" to me. This juice, although not exactly what I expected, is in fact quite tasty and did not clash at all with the residual Camel flavor leftover in my atomizer (too impatient to clean it before sampling the new juice). It is a good serviceable vape. If this were Marlboro I would be ordering new parts to replace the contaminated equipment. Seriously, if Marlboro were the only juice available, I would go back to analogs. This stuff sure ain't Marlboro, and I am glad of it.

Sorry about your luck Mr. Vape, I'm sure they'll make it right.

Hey BenJammin,

Special Blend and Marlboro are the same thing- we just changed the name of the flavor on the site to avoid any issues with Marlboro, but our juice still comes labeled that way. Hope this helps clear things up!
