Anyone else has had these symptoms in their first days?

Yup had the same side-effects. Mine turned into a cold eventually. What really helped me was always having a bottle of water while vaping, take a few sips in between pulls. You lose a lot of moisture from vaping. Also 100% VG shouldn't be an issue, if anything it should produce less throat irritation. VG is however heavier than PG making your inhales a little more "cumbersome".

Initially my side-effects were
1) Acidity/stomach aches
2) Irritable throat which turned into a cold eventually
3) Dizziness (I didn't realize that I was taking in a lot more nic while vaping than smoking, the nic OD caused dizziness)
4) Constipation

All of the above eventually went away after 1-2 weeks.

I had night sweats, a cough that brought up loads of gunk, the runs (for about a month), and having to clear my throat constantly, in addition to stomach aches and dizziness.

All good advice on this thread, it's probably a hangover from the analogues, but also, from my personal experience, I never found my best experience until I used cartomizers (I've never used RDAs though). I tend to chain vape and as they're much milder, but with great flavour, they suit me best with no soreness or irritation.

So many options with vaping, you'll easily find something that suits you and wonder why you ever smoked at all.

I had no idea cartos would be smoother... My wallet is giving you the bad eye right now :grr: Just kidding, I might spend an few extra buck to find out for myself if it helps during this purging phase. What a coincidence I'm heading to the vape shop in a few hours! Thanks for the advice :)

I felt like total crap the first couple weeks. I do believe it was years and years of pack and a half a day working it's way out of my lungs. I'll spare the gory details, but it was pretty damn disgusting. Now I breathe better than I ever have, I don't wheeze when I roll out of bed in the morning. Don't sweat it, you'll start feeling a lot better. I'm sure everyone here has had the same experience.

Thanks! I can't wait to feel like I have rebuilt lungs and get cycling like a mad man again :D
