I've noticed something and was just wondering if I was alone or not. I use pre-punched dct's in medium sized 3.5 ml tanks. I use a 1/32 inch drill bit to enlarge the holes a little before I fill a tank with 'em. All is fine and dandy until the tank gets near the empty mark, let's say around 20% left. Then, the carto starts to flood, gurgle and leak onto my mod. To fix this, I obviously just keep my tanks filled up, but that sort of ruins the purpose of having a tank system in the first place, doesn't it? Am I alone on this, or has someone else experienced the same thing?

Puts hand up.. I slit mine instead of punch em, and I experience the same thing when they are nearly empty. You are not alone!

Treat em like the GAS tank in your car. You never want it to get less than a 1/4 tank. I do that!! :)

I also experience this problem with the cartos that i punch 2 holes in my self, but my biggest problem is that after i punch my cartos they dont fit into my tanks :S , i ruined 1 tank because the carto literally got stuck in the end cap so i had to use plyers to pry the carto out , i runied 3 cartos so far just by punching them :(

Exactly the reason why I switched to the dremel and slotting cartos.
