Anyone else having an issue with a Juicy Clear order?

I'm starting to wonder if I've been ripped off. Ordered some juice from Juicy clear a week ago, and when I placed my order the site said I should expect it in 2-3 days, and that I would get a tracking number. A week later and my order is still 'pending' , despite the fact that they accepted my email money transfer. I've sent several enquiries to the proprietor and haven't received any response.
I'm a big fan of their juice but customer service is important to me and it seems to be nonexistent with these guys. I really hope I didn't get ripped off, its only 30 bucks but still, its 30 bucks. Any suggestions as to what recourse I have here? I want my juice! Or my money. Preferably the juice though. And a couple freebies for this terrible buying experience :-O
Juicy Clear, if you're out there, this is a horrible way to treat customers. I spend a fortune on this crap. I will make sure everyone knows not to order anything from your business if this isn't rectified
