I just did my first refill with the liquid. I got extremely nauseous after a few puff. I made sure the nic was the same as when I was vaping the prefilled. Anyone ever have this problem? Also I am using 30% VG juice with a 35% VG juice doubler. My prefilled were PG, could it be the change to the VG?

I vaped some vg yesterday and got sick. I felt like I had the flu. Went away after while and I'm going to try some later to see if it happens again.

Use less or cut it down some.

What was your intake on analogs daily?

What are you doing now? (What ml/day of what mg?)

(AVG from what I have read is 1mg per cigarette is actually absorbed and AVG of 10mg per cig to start with.)

I had started vaping and back slid some. Smoked some analogs and vaped too, so just did the refill and planning on no analogs started tomorrow. I smoked a pack and a half a day. I heard that 20mg per pack of analogs. I mixed 18mg to use so I don't see why it would be too much. Maybe just getting use to it. At this point I don't see that even 24mg would be too much.

How many ML a day are you using?

I have issues if there's too much VG in the liquid I vape. I can tolerate maybe 10% VG. Beyond that, my heart races, I get nausea and the sweats, etc. If I stay on PG or on PG with 10% or less VG, I have no problems.

Thanks! I wasn't quite sure what % to order at first. This is gonna be expensive until I get it right!

Yeah, I've got a history of heart-related issues - thus my need to stop smoking - and the first time I tried a VG based liquid it scared the hell out of me. Thought I was having another heart attack.

I tried it again and I truly think I may need to decrease the % of VG juice when I have a mix made. Now even the smell of it is making me sick to my stomach.
I have the first stages of COPD and my lung function test came back bad so I am doing this, I had to stop smoking but I sometimes still feel like I can't breathe good when I vape.
This juice I refilled with came from another company. Maybe I need to stick with the same company to have the same juices and not switch it up until I get more use to it.
Sorry to hear about your heart attack and I am glad that you are ok!
