Anyone ever had an X2 that was DOA

Just curious if anyone has had one...I ordered during the BF sale and got one that wont click on, wont fire, nothing. I have 3 of these things all 650mah in different colors and I have never ever had a problem with an X2...

I know SI will make it right and swap it out but just curious if anyone has come across this. BTW it does light up when plugged into the charger cable....

Just as a reality check...does the button LED light up when you push it? If not, did you push it 5 times quickly to turn on the battery?

I hate to ask these kind of questions of someone that has been a member here longer than I, but we all have a senior moment sometimes.

Oh yeah tried all the tricks.....just doesnt want to work for me. 5 click, no light, usually will at least blink if the battery is low. Nothin.

I've never got an X2 that wouldn't fire at all, but it looks like you did. It sounds DOA.

Had an x2 die....replacement was DOA......but Heather took care of me good and that replacement has been great. It happens. Its a bummer to have to send back and wait for the mail but SI is great at taking care of their customers. Let them know, they will take care of it.
