Sadness- one of my x2 batts is DOA. Nevermind, user error!

So I got my SI mail today and I love the x2 clearos!! Flavor is amazing and they hold a ....-ton of juice! I also love the battery that works, but sadly, one doesn't. The light won't come on when I plug it in, nor will it light up when I push the button. How do I initiate an exchange?

Nevermind, in my excitement I plugged it into a socket that hasn't worked since I've lived here. Derp.
