Ok so it's like day 10 or 11 or something and i've fallen down twice in that timespan and had 2 analogs, both times after a large meal. There's just nothing I have that seems to deliver that same sensation of smoking after a large meal.

Anyone got a good suggestion of an e-liquid or trick to get past that craving i'm experiencing. I'm almost becomming scared of eating anything larger than a very small sandwich because of the craving that ensues.

On a side note, smelt for the first time today a very attractive girl who was obviously a smoker, I went from "oh she's pretty" to "wow walking ashtray" the second she walked past me lol I dread to think I ever gave off that smell!

I'm about to finish up my first 15ml bottle of HazelnutCoffee from zigcigs. It's the only place I've found it in my intertubes research but it is out of this world. Heavy vape, good TH with just a touch a sweet on exhale. A very satisfying vape for me (former 1.5 pack per day). Good luck! (17 days in, about 2 analogs a day for me).

The after dinner one was one of the hardest for me to give up. Everybody has their own tricks, but what worked for me was using my regular tobacco flavor (I use Vapor Station Texas) at a higher voltage. When I first started even just cutting back, I couldn't really taste most of the flavors anyway, but even now if I vape something non-tobacco after a meal, it almost feels like desert, so it prolongs the meal instead of ending it, leaving me still waiting for that cigarette type happy ending. I can now taste a lot more flavors, but I still have to conclude a meal with my Texas, although I no longer need the higher voltage via a passthrough or a LR atomizer/cartomizer.

hah mixed suggestions, aye think tomorrow i'm going to make a conscious decision to try something with a good throat hit like the fsUSA Wyatt Earp that i've got. You're right about the sweet tasting stuff just prolonging the meal sensation instead of ending it, almost need something like a coffee (as has been suggested) or something distinctly tobacco-esque I suppose.

Anyway thanks for ther replies and various suggestions people, I appreciate it :)

I'm still pretty new to this, but I was worried about the after-dinner and first-of-the-day smokes as well. The one that I find REALLY works for me is the chocolate biscotti from FSUSA. They sent it to me as a sample and I'm obsessed with it now. I use it whenever I am craving a cigarette and it completely does the trick. I'm not a big fan of sweet flavors -- it's kind of bitter but delicious at the same time...
