Anyone from Alabama? I could really use some help with a local news channel

WHNT new channel 19 has been giving a lot of negative press on TV and facebook. I was so upset that I posted a comment on their fb page and was surprised to get an answer. Unfortunately I'm new to vaping and not a good writer or good at getting my points across and could use the help of better writer's and more knowledgeable people while I have their attention. I'm not sure if I know how to post a link to a fb post but I'm going to try.
