Anyone from Central Illinois?

hey everyone,
I was just wondering if any of you are from the Peoria/ Central Illinois area? I would love to have a vape meet or something for us all to just get together and chill for a while. There are no shops around me (or anywhere close) so this experience would be awesome thanks for reading and i hope some of you are close to me KCAVO!

Same problem over here towards the river. I usually drive down to St. Louis once a month due to the lack of vapers/materials around here.

I'm in Springfield. We have a good but fledgling shop in town (been open less than 180 days) that's decently priced for a b&m (I buy some juice, tanks & replacement heads there because the cost difference is minor, but probably wouldn't pay the extra for a mod or anything expensive). There is also a shop in Lincoln that has website, but I haven't made it there in person yet. Those aren't exactly on your backdoor, but closer than any of the major metro areas.

Anyway, I could possibly be interested. I have a crazy schedule, but I'll subscribe to to see how this plays out.

I'm in Goodfield, and work in East Peoria. I've been down to Blonosmoke in Lincoln a couple of times. Nice folks and a fair selection of gear and juice. I would be interested in some kind of meet. I'll keep my eye on this thread.

Anyway, if you all ever feel up to it, make the few hours drive to come up to the Windy City Vapers meets once a month. Lots of fun and great deals!

Hello, from Dunlap! I would love this as the only crud I see people using around here are tec-ecigs. I would like to see other stuff and try before I buy. I jumped out on a limb when I bought my ego( at least for me)

I'm in Springfield too and my experience is about the same. I've been to the shop here in town (Tribble Vapors) but I haven't visited the one in Lincoln yet. I got my Protank, Evod bcc, and some replacement heads from Tribble but I probably would not buy a mod there. It's nice to have a vape shop here in town though. I can get the small stuff for a lower total cost than buying online because tax for those items is much less than most online shipping charges. It's also nice to walk out of there with the items in my hand as opposed to waiting 2 or 3 days for shipping.

I have not been to Blonosmoke but Morton is about the same distance from Lincoln as Springfield is. About 35 miles. I Googled some directions and Blonosmoke looks like it's easy to find. Just take the first Lincoln exit off of I55 and go east. Stay on that road and Blonosmoke is about 3/4 mile from the exit.

I messaged him on Facebook and he said they're working hard on opening their shop in pekin, IL. He said about a month away maybe a little longer depending on delays. It's great for me though because my birthday is at the end of this month and Pekin is only about 20 minutes away from my house lol

Haha. Add an iclear 30, and that's pretty much what I've bought there too. I did actually buy a vv gripper there because it was the same price as the cheapest I found online. Its not bad, but the pwm sucks on it, so it runs really hot. Wish I woulda just waited for the MVP 2.

I'm going to Blonosmoke later today, I'll let you know my initial impression!

45-50 minutes from Goodfield. It should be right around 30 minutes from Morton.

They said the new shop would be on 8th Street near Sheridan in Pekin. I guess they just signed the lease, so not too much longer to wait.
