Hear ye, hear ye! Listen up all you Peoria area vapers. Just found out that a vape store will be opening in East Peoria within the next month. She said they are having a lounge inside as well and a tasting bar! Woo Hoo! I don't know how there prices are gonna be, kinda scared of that due to who she's working with but it's a start! And it's not the blono people either.

This is probably good news. The more choices the better for us consumers. Any idea what type of juices they'll be carrying?
Not yet but I can ask her this week if I see her. I pick up clients at her " cila" and she showed me some of the stuff and talked to me about it. I'll ask more this week. She showed me her Iken stuff, but said she was involved with tec-ecig which disappointed me. We'll see, I'll let you know.
Hey! I thought I was the only Elgin vaper on ECF! Aww. I don't feel so exclusive anymore.
Anyway, if you all ever feel up to it, make the few hours drive to come up to the Windy City Vapers meets once a month. Lots of fun and great deals!

<< im from danville, travel across 74 to peoria 2-6 times a year (been too many times to count.. about 30 tanks of gas in my 43mpg car [about 50 packs of cigs before i found vaping] since my sons heart doctor is in peoria.) and i know Tececig (proprietery as far as i can tell for the Pheonix line) is based in bloomington, but havent looked at too many other places between here and there. since i ahve deadlines to get to the doctors office, then to get food and head home wife doesnt like making stops on the way unless its needed and i can order online so its not needed she says.
darn, had to look at a map to figure out where kickapoo, il is at.. just outside of danville there is Kickapoo State Park, thought you were that close to me. only to find out kickapoo il is outside of peoria.

I lived in Peoria til I was 4 and my grandparents lived there for years afterwards. I fondly remember the Thanksgiving Day parade downtown Peoria, then a massive shopping trip at the Pekin Mall on Thanksgiving Friday
One of my oldest and dearest friends still lives in Peoria as well as aunt, uncle, cousins etc.
I spent at least a week every summer at Camp CILCA in Cantral near Springfield, dated a boy from New Berlin and my college bf was from Hillsboro.
Peeps from central Illinois are alright in my book!

How far away from Indy are you? I know there's a couple there, and I think maybe one in terre haute. Could be wrong wrong about terre haute.

Indy is 100 Miles & Terre Haute is 80 miles from me.
Champaign is closer at 50 miles from me.

Right on. I never did the math; when I was at the VA hospital in Danville we had guy tat drove from terre haute so I thought it was closer.

So it sounds like we in Central illinois are going from not having many vape shops to having a bunch. I drove past a sign today (in front of East Peoria Krogers) syaing that a Vape store would be opening in October next to Family Video. It's probably the same one that has already been mentioned, but kind of exciting to see.
