Ok, so I'm a very happy Evic user, and I'm getting a nice commission check at the end of the month. I was planning to upgrade to a Provari for the life-long durability and amazing consistency I keep hearing about (and let's face it, that red and black one looks really cool). However, as people start getting their Supremes in, the buzz about it seems to be overwhelmingly positive. Spinfuel just posted an out-of-this-world review. Most of the comments I'm seeing seem to be really blown away by it.
I use an EHPro KFL+ most of the time, an Igo W4 if I want to change flavors a lot, and occasionally put an Aspire nautilus on. I don't really do a lot of far out stuff right now - coils around 1.5 to 2ohms at around 8 watts. And I don't really use all the bells and whistles of the Evic now. Just the VW settings and ohm reader, although I like being able to see how much battery I have left and I use the passthrough function occasionally.
I like the idea of being able to get mech mod/sub ohm type of performance with a VV/VW device if I ever feel like some big clouds, and like I mentioned above, I'm pretty happy with my Evic. But I'm also very interested in the lasting quality and consistency I keep hearing about that makes the Provari the gold standard for so many people.
So I'm torn. Does anyone have both? Could you give your opinion on which you'd get if you could only have one and why? Thanks!
