If you are thinking PG glows under a blacklight, it doesnt.

I believe PG is just used as a bonding/thickening agent for the UV Tattoo ink.

PG is also used in Theatrical Fog Machines. If PG had any UV properties then almost every show/concert/event would have a glowing haze at them as Theatrical smoke and UV light is used often.

I have considered how darned cool it would be to have a glowing vapor- but I don't know of any fluorescent compound that would be a good idea to inhale. It would be hard to get enough density of a compund in a liquid to make it really bright also.

Yeeeeah that doesn't sound safe, might be best to not explore that particular curiosity.

Well, this motivated me to get out the old black light. It's an 80s-era "Blak-Ray" long-wave tungsten ultraviolet 100w originally used to find oil leaks in airplane engines. (It takes about ten minutes to hit full strength.)

Negative on fluorescence of any of my smoke juice or expelled vapor. Positive in that I did find a whole lot of DUST that I wasn't aware of. Gee, this place is swimming in it. 8-o
