Oddly enough, I smoked similar to how I vape. Drew into the mouth then inhaled, versus drawing straight into the lungs.
I think since people smoke and vape differently than one another, and in varying amounts, it will be different for everyone.

I was actually afraid that the moisture from vaping would prevent tar and crap from coming out. I haven't coughed up much, but got that froggy throat thing going on still after 2 months.

Since pure water is the bodies solvent, it's critical for removing any impurities from the body (including the lungs). It can't be overstated. I have no idea how much you drink so this is not directed at you, but all of us. Drink on!

Awh, that's what I heard, about the hospitals adding it to the air. Actually I saw this in one of rip trippers youtube videos about propylene glycol. He said he had sources linked, I didn't check them but he was also talking about a test group of lab mice infected with something. The group that had propylene glycol in the air lived and the ones who didn't died.

yes i read that article too. i will try to find it. the mice were exposed to the influenza virus i beleive. one group had PG vapor added and one didnt. the group with the PG all lived and the group with no PG all died.

I'd be interested to see that. Viruses are different to bacteria - so I'd like to see if they were saying PG was acting as an anti-viral.

In animal feeds, one of the benefits of using PG USP/EP is as a natural antimicrobial against a wide range of bacterial and fungal species – mold growth is inhibited in most feed when propylene glycol is added at concentrations of 10-15 percent (w/w), while lower concentrations ...... the growth (see table below). It also serves as a preservative with excellent humectancy and mold inhibition characteristics.

Viruses, germs, bacteria, and fungus are all microbes.

Yes, I know what microbes are. But viruses are not like bacteria. And that page says its is a natural anti-microbial against a range of bacteria and fungi. I can understand something having properties that would possibly be taken up by the cells. Viruses aren't cells though - so PG would need to work differently. I'd be interested to see that test results mentioned to see what they did and whether it was a acting in any way like a true anti-viral. Depends what they looked into with that whether it could be postulated.
