Anyone have a good Caramel Macchiato recipe?

I normally buy Caramel Macchiato flavor juice from DFW. I am starting to mix my own and was looking to see if anyone has a good recipe for Caramel Macchiato that they could share in ml rather than drops. (I am kinda OCD when it comes to measurements and being exact.) I wasn't sure where to post this thread. It isn't a recipe so I didn't want to put it in the Diy recipe section.

I found one here, but I would like it in Ml so that it is easier to mix larger quantities. I tried using a Unit converter app, and converting the drops to Ml I wasn't anywhere near the 3ml mix that they stated in the recipe. Not sure if anyone on here has even tried that one. but thanks.
