It may have a little to do with the vaping, actually. PG and VG cause dryness. Combined with the heat (I have problems with it, too!), no wonder you are getting nose bleeds.

1)Drink plenty of fluids to prevent the nosebleeds.

2)When you get a nosebleed, dampen a washcloth with cold water and pinch your nostrils with it. You may tilt your head back -- I always do, but I've heard those that say don't. Hold it for at least a couple of minutes and then check. Avoid the temptation to blow your nose right away -- this could dislodge the clot.

My grown son has allergies and his meds use to cause horrible nosebleeds. For the past couple of years he has, twice a day, swabbed the inside of his nose (using a q-tip) with a dab of vaseline. Since doing this, his nosebleeds have stopped completely. I use nasal saline spray twice a day to keep nasal membranes from drying out and causing problems.

Thanks! They have since stopped. I think because we are no longer heating the house to bake. My husband stays cold, I stay hot. It drives us both nuts! He sets the heating blanket to 7 and my side is on 1..most of the time I have to sleep in another room just so I can keep a fan on. Thank goodness the cold snap has stopped..at least the part where we we at 28 degrees at night.
I do feel better, since I stopped smoking I started to get my sence of smell beck. With the nose bleeds I was stuffed up all the time and couldn't "taste" my vape! (smell really):p
