I sent mine to vaprlife for servicing, and they were quick! It's in the states, and no problems getting it back to me. They put on a new 510 threading, mine was stripped. If anyone has the older model that has the little screw driver that adjusts the voltage on the side, and if you send it back, they will add a new flashing LED light to it in all different colors. Oh what fun it is now! I press the button, and it is a rainbow of colors now out the emblem. Vapes like a champ that one!
