Forget the Blu. If you want to spend less money you can. Check out the ECF suppliers forum nearer to the bottom of the page. Really, it would be a good idea to educate yourself in the ECF library in the "Wonderfull World Of vaping" thread. You can learn about the different models, and decide more what you want in an e-cig. That being said, the I love my SmokeStiks. I find I end up using them and enjoying them alot more than any Auto batt I've tried. I even sometimes perfer it over my eGo. (The big one is the eGo)

SmokeStik is an RN4081...there's a whole subforum for them.

There are places to get the RN4081 in different colors. SmokeStik has them in a few different colors, but they're kinda pricey and have a big logo.
CigVapor.net has a few color options as well, with a lower price. (Look for "RN4081, 510 and 901 Batteries" on the left about halfway down).

Most 4081 batts are sound activated, and not very sensitive to lite draw. The SS batts use a pressure sensor and cannot be set off in traffic like my 510s did. Again, you get what you pay for. They are higher quality, and feel very solid compared to the other brands I've used.

I enjoy my smokestik's,, I beta tested for them before they first where released and enjoyed them very much, I have 4 Hendu elites and 2 Pitbulls, they are great when your in the mood for a regular sized ecig. I find there menthol cartos terrific and just there carto's in general very good, they have a really nice draw to them, refilling is easy and can be done many times before you have to dispose of the carto. Also out of all the small type ecigs I find this one to be very much like a real Analog feel to it and when it's stealth vaping only my Smokestik comes in handy

Thank you very much for your review.
Do you know if the Hendu Elite comes with a mouth piece?
That still has me kind of confused, since I see a lot of people smoking it without, but also with.
Is that used against dripping, by any chance?

Do the cartridges have that wooly stuff in them, or are they just like filler tanks and you don't have to take anything out? I know the eGo-T ovale has a great filler tank with no hassle at all, but it's so HUGE, want myself a small one for starters.....

Thanks

PS I live in Europe, I've been trying to contact customer service for the last couple of days, but they haven't replied yet.

Has anyone ordered from outside the US?
Thanks again!

Uhg, I type slow and the server went down :( At least I have learned to "copy" before I hit "post reply" so I am going to post anyway, better late than never ......

You should check out the Smokestik subforum SmokeStik

I love my Smokestik, I have 2 Pitbulls, a Hendu and 2 Royales. I agree with everything that mwa102464 said.

The cartomizers come pre-filled, but only in 2 flavors, regular and menthol, various nic levels 0 to 16?, and are quite good, the cartomizers can be refilled with any juice you want. Although, care should be taken because if you have juice dripping from the cartomizer it could drip into the auto battery and wreck the battery or "switch", but I have never had a problem. They have some type of fiber fill wadding. You can just keep buying replacement pre-filled cartomizers(Smokestik would prefer this so you keep sending them lots of money) . The cartos are nice and they do not "burn" very easily and if you re-fill they seem to last a long tome.

The batteries have a nice auto "switch" that works well, as was stated above, and they have a voltage of 3.4v under load, which is better than the 510 minis but not as high as the kr808d1 batteries.

It is a very nice, quality product, looks cool and "feels" a lot like a regulal cig in use, although heavier.

Negatives: battery life: Hendu ~2.5 Hours on a charge ; Pitbull 3.5 Hours on a charge
Can get pricey if you don't refill your own cartos
No Personal Charging case
With only a 2 or 3 hour battery life, if you are going to be away from home for an extended time you need to bring a bunch of charged batteries with you or a means to charge them.
Threads are rn4081 and is not the most compatible with other products as the more popular 510 or kr808d1 connectors
Not the most cost effective option out there and not a "super high perofrmance" PV

I also have an Infinity Mod from Notcigs which is wonderful, but I still bring the Smokestik with me and use it when I am out and about.

--- I also have a Blu w/cartomizers and I haven't used it since I got the Smokestik have have no desire to ever use it again - While you can find people who like it - it is an inferior product in every way.

Good luck.

They seem to have about 100% markup on parts.

And they probably only sell auto batteries. If you have any intention of dripping I recommend a manual RN4081 battery from AZSMokeFree.com and it will also serve as a spare if you kill a battery with a drip from a refilled carto. Manual 4081 batteries are totally sealed on the threaded end.

In general - I would would recommend you also consider the more supported 2-piece threading, KR808D-1 also sold by Vapor4Life (and Vapor4Life is currently having a 25% off sale (today and maybe tomorrow) with code SPRING25 (may be lowercase)

Thank you GMoney for your wonderful review! Wow you have quite a collection of SmokeStiks!
Most mini e cigs only have a short battery life, so I'm sure I will end up buying two.
They are supposed to last at least a day, since you're not smoking two hours in a row.

I've already read that Blu is not a good product.

Thanks again for your advice!

Best regards,
Isa
