Hello neighbor lol. I'm actually out your way every Sunday (Woodstock actually but close enough ha!)

Sweet. Unfortunately I don't have any insight on that specific kit. :( Hopefully someone will drop in and be able to give you some feedback on it.

Particularly the battery and charger?

Hi Cadillac, Most of the packaged mods include a no name battery and charger. Not that thats a bad thing, but just enough to get you going with the device. The better batteries are better(because they test out better normally) and those are the ones that get the "brand name" labels put on them. The same holds true for chargers, they may not be stellar but they should do the job they where intended to do.

In this situation I would think that you could get the kit, try out the device and order a replacement charger, and couple batteries and you would be all set with backups and still make out with a fair deal. Win-win in my book. Happy vaping.

That's what I was thinking too. Rather than buying just the tube and having to decide between battery/charger or a decent RBA I can use what comes for a little while and get the RBA! HATE clearomizers!?!? No luck no matter the brand all taste burnt in a couple days tops.

Understood. Keep in mind the RBAs are a monster of their own breed..... You will need to have backup for when(not if) they are acting off, especially with the tank/wick style units. They do take some time, much practice and an abundance of patience to get working well. Once you do get them tuned in they are rockstars for sure. Enjoy.

It did come with a generic charger and battery. I ended up buying 10 batteries on ebay for 16 bucks. not worried about batteries anymore. I like the features on the unit. 3 button setup. larger button fires, small buttons raise and lower voltage. press and hold the left button to get a voltage reading of the battery, press and hold the right button gives an ohm's reading of the clearomizer.
